Tractor / Multi-Skilled Plant Operator | Civil Construction

Join Shadforth, one of Queensland's largest family-owned civil contractors with over 50 years in the industry. We're looking for an experienced Tractor / Multi-Skilled Plant Operator to join our team working on a large-scale master planned community on the Sunshine Coast.
n
This is a varied operating role where you'll spend approximately 2–3 days per week operating a tractor undertaking lime spreading, with the remainder of the week operating bulk earthworks machinery. With ongoing stages of work, this is a great opportunity to secure long-term, local work on the Sunshine Coast while operating a variety of machinery as part of an experienced crew.

About the Role:

n
Operate 4WD tractors with discs, ploughs and bulk bin spreaders
n
Undertake lime spreading, soil mixing and treatment works
n
Operate rollers, articulated dump trucksand other bulk earthworks machinery as required
n
Complete daily pre-starts, basic maintenance and equipment checks
n
Support general bulk earthworks operations across the project
n
