The AFL - Australian Football League is seeking a Participation Coordinator to support NAB AFL Auskick, Community Football, School Football and alternate formats across locations in Victoria. You will build relationships, coordinate engaging programmes and create participation pathways for schools, clubs and communities.
You will recruit coordinators, train casual staff, deliver school programmes, strengthen school pathways and drive growth including female participants and diverse communities.
