Live Services Group is looking for an experienced Plumbing Project Manager to join our growing team and oversee residential and commercial plumbing projects throughout Queensland.
n
This is a hands-on management role suited to a qualified plumbing professional who can effectively coordinate projects, manage trades and subcontractors, maintain strong client relationships, and ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, and within budget.

Skills & Experience:
n
n
Proven experience in a similar role; experience in domestic service and project management advantageous.
n
Familiarity with SimPRO beneficial but not required.
n
Current QLD plumbing work license and manual driver's license.
n
Strong understanding of Australian plumbing standards, codes, and industry best practices.
n
Independent and team-oriented, with robust documentation skills.
n
Skilled in customer service, communication, multitasking, and prioritizing tasks.
n
Proven capability in building and maintaining client and contractor relationships.
n




Demonstrated experience managing residential and/or commercial plumbing projects.
n
Experience in General Plumbing supervising or management beneficial but not necessary
n
Experience within the insurance industry beneficial but not essential.
n

Role Requirements:
n

Flexibility with scheduling and availability for on-call roster every 7-8 weeks.
n
Oversee trade schedules, bookings, stock orders, and project planning through to handover.
n
Manage financial aspects, project resources, and ensure timely, budgeted project completion.
n
Communicate effectively with team members, builders, and customers, ensuring top-tier service and compliance.
n
