We're growing our Speech Pathology team and are looking for clinicians who are passionate about making a genuine difference — whether you're a new graduate taking your first step into your career or an experienced Speech Pathologist looking for your next opportunity.

About the Role
n
As a Speech Pathologist, you'll work with a diverse caseload and have the flexibility to shape your role around your skills, interests and lifestyle.
n
You'll have the opportunity to provide therapy across homes, schools, clinics and community settings, as well as through telehealth.
n
What You'll Be Doing
n
n
Deliver evidence-based assessment and therapy tailored to each client's individual needs and goals
n
Support clients across a diverse caseload and a range of ages and presentations
n
Develop meaningful goals in partnership with clients, families and support networks
n
Work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team
n
Provide services through in-person and telehealth settings
n
Complete high-quality clinical documentation and reports
n
Build strong relationships with clients, families, schools and key stakeholders
n
Continue developing your clinical skills through supervision, mentoring and professional development
n
n
What We're Looking For
n
We're looking for passionate Speech Pathologists who are committed to achieving meaningful outcomes for their clients.
n
You'll ideally have:
n
n
A recognised degree in Speech Pathology
n
Current Speech Pathology Australia (SPA)
membership/registration
n
A genuine passion for supporting people to achieve their goals
n
Strong communication, organisation and interpersonal skills
n
A current driver's licence and access to a reliable vehicle
n
NDIS Worker Orientation Module completed, or willingness to complete it
n
n
