Job Description
At is seeking an Urgent Care Clinical & Operations Manager to lead a busy community Urgent Care Clinic while remaining clinically active. You will supervise a multidisciplinary team of GPs, RNs and reception staff, ensure quality and safety, and drive service improvement.

The role offers a hands-on leadership position without night shifts, a full time fixed-term contract to ****, and a monthly accrued day off policy to support staff wellbeing.
