Registered Nurse - Secure Mental Health Rehabilitation Unit

The Registered Nurse – Secure Mental Health Rehabilitation Unit (SMHRU) provides contemporary, evidence-based nursing care within Metro North Mental Health at Caboolture Hospital. Working as part of an interprofessional mental health team, the role supports consumers through recovery-oriented care, rehabilitation and therapeutic interventions that promote optimal health, wellbeing and independence.

The successful candidate will deliver high-quality consumer-focused care within a secure rehabilitation environment, applying sound clinical judgement and professional nursing expertise to support consumers with complex mental health needs. The role also contributes to a protected and therapeutic environment through collaboration, education, quality improvement and effective multidisciplinary teamwork.
