Key Responsibilities

Providing exceptional customer service across gaming, bar, and reception
n
Preparing and serving alcoholic and non‐alcoholic beverages
n
Handling cash and payouts.
n
Greeting members and guests and assisting with enquiries
n
Maintaining a clean, secure, and welcoming venue
n
Monitoring responsible service and compliance standards
n
n
Minimum 1+ years of hospitality or customer service experience required
n
Must have:
n
n
Over the age of 18 years old
n
Current RSA, RCG and ARCG
n
Flexibility to work across a 7-day roster, including nights and public holidays
