We are looking for an experienced Refrigeration Mechanic who enjoys fault finding, solving problems and being part of a hands-on team.

About the role
n
This is a full time role based at our brand-new Burpengary East headquarters, working 7:00am – 3:00pm.
n
Your responsibilities will include:
n
n
Diagnosing, fault finding and repairing portable fridge freezers
n
Testing refrigeration and electrical systems to identify faults
n
Liaising with our Service Agents to assist with repairs and technical enquiries
n
Providing technical support to our customer service team and customers
n
Identify common faults and product improvements
n
Assisting with product testing and quality control
n
Keeping service and repair records up to date
n
Assisting our warehouse and production teams when required
n
Unloading shipping containers and undertaking manual handling when needed
n
Maintaining a clean, organised and safe work area
n
n
Qualifications & Requirements
n
We're looking for a practical,



reliable refrigeration mechanic with strong fault-finding skills and a genuine willingness to learn.
n
To be successful in this role, you will have:
n
n
Restricted Electrical (QLD) ticket
n
Refrigerant Handling Licence (ARC)
n
Current Driver's Licence
n
Strong refrigeration and electrical fault-finding skills
n
Strong hands on fabrication / materials capabilities
n
Passion for product quality and testing
n
Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail
n
The ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
n
A willingness to learn new products and skills
n
Sound computer skills
n
The ability to undertake manual lifting when required
n
n
Experience with 12V refrigeration, portable fridge freezers, automotive refrigeration or similar products will be highly regarded.
