We are looking for qualified, passionate and compliance-focused Trainers & Assessors with CHC***** or FSK***** or SIT***** qualifications (equivalent or higher) to join our friendly and professional team in Alstonville. You will play a vital role in delivering engaging, learner-centred training and assessment, helping students achieve their personal, professional and career goals.

Key responsibilities
n
Deliver high-quality, interactive training sessions (face-to-face &/or blended learning).
n
Conduct assessment in accordance with the Standards for RTOs **** and NCCC policies.
n
Maintain accurate and compliant training and assessment records.
n
Support learners with diverse needs and backgrounds.
n
Contribute to a positive, inclusive and respectful learning environment.
n
About you
n
TAE***** Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (or TAE***** with required upgrades).
n
Vocational competency and industry currency in your subject area(s).
n
Strong understanding of compliance requirements for RTOs.
n




Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
n
Commitment to inclusive and adaptable teaching practices.
n
Experience delivering training in community education or foundation skills (desirable).
n
Ability to incorporate technology and e-learning tools into delivery and assessments (desirable).
n
Current Working with Children Check or willingness to obtain (desirable).
