Key responsibilities

Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with business objectives.

Lead and manage all digital and traditional marketing campaigns.
n
Oversee brand management and ensure consistency across all customer touchpoints.
n
Manage social media, website, email marketing, and content creation.
n
Analyse campaign performance and provide data-driven recommendations.
n
Lead marketing budgets and maximise return on investment.
n
Build and manage relationships with agencies, media partners, and influencers.
n
Support new venue openings, promotional campaigns, and seasonal marketing initiatives.
n
Lead, mentor, and develop the marketing team.
n

About you
n
n
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
n
At least 3 years experience in a similar role.
n
Proven senior marketing leadership experience, preferably within hospitality, food & beverage, retail, or multi‐site businesses.
n
Strong understanding of digital marketing, branding, CRM, SEO/SEM,



social media, and performance marketing.
n
Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills.
n
Commercially minded with strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities.
n
Ability to thrive in a fast‐paced, growing organisation.
