How you'll make an impact
n
As the Records Coordinator you will be responsible for the administration, integrity, security and ongoing development
n of Council's Electronic Document and Records Management System (EDRMS). This position provides organisation-wide leadership in records and information
n management, ensuring Council's records are created, maintained, stored,
n accessed and disposed of in accordance with legislative requirements, NSW State
n Records standards, Council policies and approved retention and disposal
n authorities.
n
This position offers an attractive salary ranging from $64,360to $81,993gross per annum, plus superannuation (12 per cent), with
n commencing salary dependant on qualifications, skills, qualifications and
n experience.
n
What you'll bring to our team
n
To thrive in this role, you'll need:
n
n
Experience administering and maintaining an ElectronicDocument and Records Management System (EDRMS), including system configuration,user support, security permissions and records governance.
n
Demonstrated knowledge of, or experience working with, relevant legislation including the State Records Act ****, Government Information (Public Access) Act ****, Privacy and Personal Information Protection Act **** and related information governance obligations.
n
Excellent digital literacy and
demonstratedproficiency
in Microsoft Office
applications(Outlook,
Word, PowerPoint and Excel) and the ability toconfidently use a variety of software products and business systems.
n
Sound knowledge and experience applying records andinformation management principles, including records classification, retention,disposal and archiving practices in accordance with legislative requirementsand approved Retention and Disposal Authorities.
