THE ROLE
n
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Office Administrator to join our Sydney CBD office on a permanent, full time basis.
n
As part of the Summer Lawyers administrative team, you will be responsible for:
n
n
Greeting clients and acting as the first point of contact by phone and at reception
n
Maintaining the presentation and day-to-day operation of the office, including the kitchen and meeting rooms
n
Maintaining office supplies and managing inventory to ensure adequate resources are available
n
Creating and maintaining files in our practice management system, LEAP
n
Providing administrative support to the team, including arranging travel, coordinating meetings, printing and collating documents, and data entry
n
Coordinating incoming and outgoing couriers and other postal requirements
n
Assisting with ad hoc operational requests, including the preparation of staff events and catering arrangements
n
Undertaking other reasonable duties as requested

ABOUT YOU
n
The successful candidate will be highly organised, proactive and detail-oriented,
with strong administrative skills and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
n
You will be comfortable managing a variety of tasks and competing priorities in a busy office environment, while maintaining accuracy and meeting deadlines. You will also have the ability to work independently and take initiative, while contributing effectively as part of a team.

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
n
n
Previous experience in an office administration or administrative support role; experience in a legal or professional services environment is desirable but not essential
n
Highly organised and proactive, with excellent attention to detail
n
Strong organisational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines
n
Ability to work independently and take initiative, while contributing effectively as part of a team
n
Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience using LEAP or another practice management system is desirable
n
