The Opportunity
n
As our Group Manager, Workforce Platforms, you will be accountable for the strategy, delivery and performance of Mirvac's workforce technology ecosystem, spanning People, Payroll, Health, Safety & Environment (HSE), and workforce productivity platforms. You'll lead the evolution of these platforms, creating a simpler, more integrated workplace that enhances employee experience, improves operational efficiency, and reduces risk across the business.

Working at the intersection of business, technology and vendor partners, you'll lead a team of product, functional and technical specialists while balancing operational excellence, transformation initiatives and continuous optimisation.

Key Responsibilities
n

Develop and execute a strategic roadmap across workforce platforms, aligning investment decisions to business outcomes including productivity, experience, efficiency and risk management.
n
Lead the delivery of platform transformation and optimisation programs, including system consolidation and modernisation initiatives.
n
Own platform performance, ensuring systems are secure, compliant, reliable and delivering measurable value to the business.
n
Manage platform budgets, vendor relationships, commercial outcomes and lifecycle investment planning.
n
Establish strong governance, controls and compliance frameworks across workforce technologies.

Partner with senior stakeholders across People & Culture, HSE, Digital and the broader business to align priorities and drive successful outcomes.
n
Lead and develop a high-performing multidisciplinary team focused on platform ownership, product management and continuous improvement.
n

About You
n
You are an experienced digital and technology leader with a strong track record of leading enterprise workforce platforms and delivering large-scale transformation programs. You bring a commercial mindset, exceptional stakeholder management skills and the ability to translate complex technology decisions into meaningful business outcomes.

You'll bring:
n
n
Extensive experience in digital or technology leadership roles.
n
Experience leading enterprise workforce platforms, ideally including HRIS, HSE, employee experience, collaboration or productivity systems.
n
Demonstrated success delivering system consolidation, optimisation and transformation programs.
n
Strong commercial acumen, including vendor, contract and budget management.
n
Experience operating within product-led or platform ownership models.
n
The ability to balance operational performance, transformation priorities and cost optimisation.
n
Exceptional communication skills and executive stakeholder engagement capability.
