About the role
n
As a QA Officer you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and safety of products at Kitchen Food Company's manufacturing site in Meadowbrook, QLD.
n Working a full-time Monday to Friday you will be responsible for conducting comprehensive quality assurance checks throughout the production process to uphold the company's high standards.

What you'll do

Perform scheduled and unscheduled quality inspections on raw materials, work-in-progress, and finished products
n
Monitor production processes and identify any deviations from established quality control protocols
n
Liaise with production teams to implement corrective actions and ensure quality improvements
n
Maintain detailed documentation and records of all quality control activities
n




Support the continuous improvement of quality systems and procedures
n
Assist with the investigation and resolution of customer complaints and quality-related issues
n
Comply with all relevant health, safety, and environmental policies
n

Qualification s
n
n
Previous experience as a Quality Assurance Officer, preferably in a food manufacturing environment
n
Minimum 3 years' work experience in a food manufacturing environment
n
Strong working knowledge of quality control principles, methods, and best practices
n
Proficient in using quality control tools and techniques
n
Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills
n
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented production workplace
n
Strong written and verbal communication skills
n
Relevant qualifications in Quality Assurance, Food Technology, or a related field
n
Qualifications in Food Science or similar at any level accepted
