Our office is a small boutique law firm located in Brisbane and the Sunshine Coast. We also operate a small branch office in the eastern suburbs in the bayside area of Wynnum.

Commercial and Property Law.

Role:
n
Our firm is seeking the right candidate to work on a permanent part time basis as a succession lawyer. Ideally, the position requires immediate commencement, but a later commencement date will be considered.
n
Our firm is in a growth phase and is keen to seek a candidate who can assist with the growth and promotion of the Wills and Estates section of the firm. Our firm is seeking to establish a long-term relationship with the right candidate.

The suitable candidate:
n
n
will work within a flexible working environment; and
n
can work from home (for the right and trusted candidate); and
n
will be required to work between 15 to 20 hours per week (as a minimum); and
n




will have the freedom to select their working days; and
n
will be paid on an hourly basis (together with superannuation, if applicable) and will have the opportunity to participate in, and become a beneficiary in, a generous commission arrangement.

Duties:
n
n
exhibit proven experience in succession law, including estate planning (with not less than 3 years' experience); and
n
possess a current Queensland Law Society practicing certificate; and
n
be able to draft court documents in estate litigation matters; and
n
be able to draft Wills (including complex Wills), Enduring Powers of Attorney and Advance Health Care Directives; and
n
have high standards of written and verbal communication; and
n
pay attention to detail and time management; and
n
be able to work autonomously and within a team; and
n
exhibit qualities of honesty, integrity and professionalism.
