We are a BUSY, PUMPING business and we're looking for TWO energetic casual team members to jump in and become part of it!

This is NOT a job where you stand behind the counter waiting for someone to tell you what to do.
n
Our stores are busy. The phones ring. Customers walk in. Water tests pile up. Stock arrives. Things need doing.
n
We love it that way!
n
We're looking for people who thrive when it's busy, enjoy talking to customers and aren't afraid to get stuck in.
n
That's a big one for us.
n
We want someone who walks in and thinks:
n
"What needs doing?" — not "What am I supposed to do?"
n
See a customer? Welcome them.
n See stock that needs filling? Fill it.
n See something that needs cleaning? Clean it.
n See a problem? Help solve it.
n Have a outstanding idea? Tell us!
n
We want people who take pride and ownership in the store.
n
Don't know anything about pools? That's okay – we'll teach you!
n
Your role will include:
n
Testing pool & spa water
n
Learning water chemistry and recommending treatments
n
Helping customers solve their pool problems
n
Receiving stock, filling shelves & merchandising
n
Keeping the store clean, organised and looking great
n
Learning about pumps, filters, chlorinators, cleaners & pool equipment
n
Jumping in wherever you're needed
n
Some days are steady.
n
Some days are GO, GO, GO!
n
We need people who enjoy both.
n
We can teach you pools. We can't teach you personality, work ethic or initiative.

Testing pool & spa water

Answering phones

WEEKEND AVAILABILITY IS A MUST!

This is a CASUAL POSITION and weekend work is a requirement of the role.
n
Our weekends can be some of our busiest times – so we need people who are ready to bring the energy!
n
There will also be opportunities for weekday shifts, particularly during our busy periods.
n
