Job Description
MacKellar Group is seeking an experienced Production Supervisor to join our Nyngan mining operation. This key leadership role oversees day-to-day production activities, supports and develops the operational team, and ensures work is completed safely and efficiently.

You will work closely with the site leadership team to drive a solid safety culture, maximise equipment utilisation and help achieve production targets on a long-term project, building a high-performing crew.
