About the Role
n
As our Retail Business Manager for the Brisbane South & Gold Coast region, you'll manage a well‐established portfolio of retail flooring customers, building strong relationships and driving growth in the territory. This is a field and home‐based role with regular regional travel to engage with customers, identify new opportunities and become a trusted advisor.
n
You'll be a proactive consultant using data‐driven insights to help retailers succeed. Your focus will be on strategic account management, business development, and delivering a premium customer experience.

Achieve and exceed sales targets across the territory

Build trust‐based relationships with retail partners

Develop and execute territory‐specific business plans

Provide training and support to help retailers grow

Share market insights and competitor intelligence

About You
n
n
Minimum 2 years' experience in sales/account management
n
Retail, commercial, or flooring industry experience (desirable)
n
Excellent communication and relationship‐building skills
n
Strategic thinker with strong planning and organisational ability
n
Comfortable working autonomously and on the road
