About the role
n
Every day will look a little different. You'll help manage a busy inbox, keep information and systems up to date, support governance processes and make sure the team has what they need to keep things moving. You'll also have the opportunity to look beyond the day-to-day, identify ways of working smarter and contribute to projects that improve how the team operates.

Responsibilities
n

Triage correspondence and enquiries and ensure timely follow-up
n
Coordinate information for reports and stakeholder updates
n
Maintain accurate records, databases and systems
n
Provide day-to-day administrative support across the team
n
Assist with governance and compliance requirements
n
Support community and stakeholder engagement activities
n




Identify opportunities to improve processes and efficiency
n
n
About You
n
n
Solid administration experience in a busy, fast-paced environment
n
Excellent organisation, communication and attention to detail
n
Ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines
n
Proactive approach to problem-solving and customer service
n
