Monday to Friday roster, 7am start

As a mechanic based at Coates Albert Park workshop, you'll play a key role in keeping our fleet of hire equipment safe, reliable, and ready for our customers.
n
We value transferable skills and welcome applications from qualified diesel fitters, mechanics, automotive technicians, agricultural mechanics and heavy vehicle technicians looking to apply their experience in a new industry.

Your typical day will focus on:
n
n
Performing preventative maintenance, servicing and overhauls on a range of plant and equipment
n
Diagnosing and repairing mechanical faults
n
Maintaining accurate service and repair records
n
Minimising equipment downtime through proactive maintenance and efficient repairs
n
n
What you'll bring to the role:
n
n
Solid mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
n




Experience working with diesel and petrol engines, hydraulics, pneumatics, and basic 12-volt electrical systems
n
Troubleshooting, diagnostic and preventative maintenance experience
n
Current driver's licence (HC or HR beneficial but not required)
n
Forklift and EWP tickets (beneficial but not required)
n
