Findmea is currently seeking an experienced Production / Forklift Operator to join a well-established, family-owned manufacturing business based in Carbrook.

This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys a hands-on production setting, has solid machine operating experience and holds a current forklift licence.

The Role
n
Working within a modern production facility, you will primarily be responsible for operating production machinery, with forklift duties forming part of the role.
n
Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
n

Operating and monitoring production machinery
n
Feeding materials into production equipment
n
Forklift operation and material movement
n
Performing quality checks
n




Manual handling and general production duties
n
Following workplace health and safety procedures
n
Maintaining a clean and organised work area
n
Working to production targets and quality standards
n
n
About You
n
We are looking for someone who has:
n
n
Current LF forklift licence and practical forklift experience
n
Previous machine operating experience, preferably within manufacturing or production
n
Strong safety awareness
n
A reliable and positive attitude
n
Good physical fitness and the ability to perform manual tasks
n
A strong work ethic and willingness to learn
n
The ability to work effectively as part of a team
n
n
Previous experience in manufacturing, building products, steel, plastics, concrete or other industrial production environments will be highly regarded.
