An exciting new dining and entertainment precinct is set to launch on Oxford Street, bringing together exceptional food, vibrant hospitality, premium guest experiences, and a strong sense of community in one of Sydney's most dynamic locations.

We are seeking an experienced, ambitious, and hands-on Precinct General Manager to lead the successful opening and ongoing operation of this exciting new destination. About the Role
n
As the Precinct General Manager, you will have overall responsibility for the operational and commercial success of the precinct, comprising a 120-seat Restaurant and 150 capacity Bar.
n
Operating under a 4am licence, you will oversee all aspects of venue operations, ensuring seamless coordination between front and back-of-house teams, maintaining exceptional service standards, and driving strong commercial performance.
n
Working closely with the Group General Manager and Group Executive Chef, you will establish operational excellence, build engaged and motivated teams and deliver a destination experience that keeps guests returning.
n
Key Responsibilities
n
Lead day-to-day operations across the restaurant and bar precinct
n
Inspire and develop venue management and front-of-house teams
n
Deliver exceptional guest experiences and service standards
n
Drive operational performance, profitability, and cost control
n
Oversee recruitment,
training, rostering, and labour management
n
Ensure compliance with WHS, food safety, and licensing requirements
n
Monitor financial performance and achieve business targets
n
Foster a positive, accountable, and high-performing team culture
n
Lead events, activations, and community engagement initiatives
n
Work closely with kitchen, bar, and operations teams to ensure seamless service delivery
n
About You
n
To be successful in this role, you will bring:
n
A minimum of 5 years' experience in senior hospitality management
n
Proven success managing multi-outlet, high-volume hospitality venues
n
Experience leading both restaurant and fast-paced bar operations
n
Strong commercial acumen with a track record of driving profitability and operational performance
n
Outstanding leadership and people management capabilities
n
Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and relationship-building skills
n
A proactive, hands-on leadership style with the ability to thrive under pressure
n
Strong knowledge of hospitality compliance, licensing, WHS, and food safety requirements
n
Flexibility to work across a seven-day operation, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays as needed.
