About The Role
n
Reporting to the Regional Sales Manager,you'lljoin a supportive team focused on securing and maintaining B2B accounts, particularly transport fleets.
n
This role suits resilient individuals who enjoy customer interaction, relationship building, and developing an understanding of how products deliver value in real-world automotive operations.
n
Adopting and Leveraging Salesforce CRM, your key responsibilities will include:
n
n
Optimise account management processes and achieve sales goals.
n
Use Michelin salesmethodologyto grow territory sales volumes.
n
Conduct customer visits to inspect and report on tyre performance
whiledemonstratingthe
value of Michelin tyres / services.
n
Provide technical support to customers and end users.
n
Initiate improvements in
services,productsand
systems.
n
Analyse demand and influence stakeholders to ensure resource availability.
n
Identifynew and different business opportunities.
n
n

A degree or qualification in engineering, mechanical, automotive, or a related technical discipline, or a background in sales, business or client services.
n
An interest or passion for the automotive, transport or motorsport industry is highly regarded.
n
Experience using a CRM tool and MS Office skills: Excel,Wordand PowerPoint, or a strong willingness to learn and quickly build capability in these systems.
n
Ability to travel 6-8 days per month (with flexibility to plan your own schedule).
n
Authorised to work in Australia. Current Zealand applicants will also be considered.
