We're looking for a commercially minded
Supply & Demand Planner
who loves turning data into action to work with a global leader in Power Tools. This is a hands-on role in demand planning while working closely across sales, marketing, operations and supply chain to keep things running smoothly and efficiently.
If you enjoy solving problems, spotting trends early, and influencing decisions with data — this role gives you the platform to do exactly that.
What You'll Be Doing
Drive the Demand Plan
Build and manage monthly forecasts across multiple states
Bring together sales data, trends, promotions and market insights
Adjust quickly as things change
Continuously refine and improve forecast accuracy
Shape Supply & Inventory
Align supply plans with demand, inventory targets and operational capacity
Work closely with supply chain and operations to keep things on track
Identify risks early and help solve them before they become problems
Balance stock levels without compromising service
Partner Across the Business
Work closely with Sales & Marketing to bring commercial plans to life
Contribute to S&OP; and planning forums
Provide clear, practical insights that influence decisions
Turn Data into Insight
Build and maintain dashboards and performance reports
Use ERP systems and Excel to analyse trends and performance
Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, reduce waste and save costs
What You Bring
4+ years' experience in demand planning, forecasting or supply chain analytics
Experience working in S&OP; or integrated planning environments
Robust systems capability (ERP/MRP — Iptor, AS400 or similar)
Advanced Excel skills (you're comfortable with Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP and working with large data sets)
A sharp analytical mindset — you see the story behind the numbers
Strong communication skills — you can influence without overcomplicating
Ability to juggle priorities and stay focused in a fast-moving environment
Experience with tools like Netstock or similar planning systems is a bonus.
