Due to business growth, we're hiring a Settlements Lead at Ingenia's Lifestyle Gordonvale site. Reporting to the Sales Manager, the role is a Sales Associate‐style position that supports customers from deposit through to settlement, guiding them through contracts, timelines and next steps, and keeping momentum until settlement day.

Key Responsibilities

Support a portfolio of customers from deposit through to settlement.
n
Guide customers through contracts, timelines and next steps in plain English.
n
Proactively manage milestones, documentation and follow‐ups to keep sales moving.
n
Act as the key point of contact, building trust and keeping excitement high throughout the journey.
n
Work closely with Sales,



Legal and Delivery teams to remove blockers and keep deals progressing.
n
Maintain accurate pipeline tracking through our CRM system.
