Production Operator - Feedmill | WACOL

Join a leading poultry producer as aProduction Operatorat our Wacol feed mill. This hands-on role is ideal for candidates with experience as a Production Worker, Process Worker, Machine Operator or Warehouse Operator who are looking for stable, full-time employment with excellent overtime opportunities.

TASKS & RESPONSIBILITIES
n
n
Operate feed production machinery and equipment
n
Monitor the flow of ingredients through the production process
n
Load, unload and move materials using warehouse equipment
n
Assist with truck loading and unloading
n
Complete general warehouse and housekeeping duties
n
Follow workplace safety and quality procedures
n
n
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
n
n
Minimum 12 months' experience in a manufacturing, production or warehouse setting
n
Forklift licence highly regarded
n
Experience operating machinery is advantageous
n
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
n
Basic literacy and numeracy skills
n
Reliable with a strong work ethic and commitment to safety
n
Previous feed mill experience is beneficial but not essential
