About your new role

Your passion and enthusiasm will see you assist in supporting a classroom by effectively engaging with children, families, Educators, and the wider community.
n
Network with relevant stakeholders in the local community.
n
Confidencein building strong relationships and partnerships with children and families.
n
Contribute to the documentation of the children's skills andinterests,and include a clear cycle of reflective practice.
n
Work in compliance with Government regulations and centre policies and procedures to meet our high-quality standards.
n
About you
n
Certificate III, Diploma in Children's Services as approved by ACECQA.
n




Current blue card, approved first aid, anaphylaxis and asthma qualifications.
n
Experience in an early childhood setting.
n
A sound understanding of the EYLF and NQF.
n
Confidence in building strong relationships and partnerships with children and families.
n
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
