About the role:

At JHA we pride ourselves on not only providing a core offering of the regular building services disciplines, but also a full spectrum of dedicated specialists in more niche disciplines.

We are currently looking for a Senior Civil Designer who can start immediately. You will have Local Australian experience working with Building Services engineering consultants.
n
Duties and Responsibilities:
n
n
Undertake engineering design and documentation of civil protection projects
n
Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders, team members across multiple disciplines.
n
Undertake internal and external training
n
Attend client meetings/site inspections.
n
n
Skills and Experience:
n
n
4-5 years' experience in Civil design and drafting (preferably experienced in 12d and AutoCAD)
n
Experience in the following areas;
n
Bulk Earthworks & site grading
n




Erosion and Sediment Control
n
Road Geometry (horizontal and vertical)
n
Sewer & Water (pit and pipe design)
n
Vehicle swept paths
n
Experience working on Australian based project (QLD preferred)
n
Leadership attributes with a desire to lead and grow a local team
n
