We're on the lookout for a
hands-on Assistant Venue Manager
who's passionate about hospitality and thrives in the energy of a high-volume venue. This is your chance to be part of a leadership team that puts guest experience front and centre, and to grow your career within a
fast-expanding hospitality group.
What you'll be doing:
Leading from the front — driving service,



supporting your team, and creating a excellent vibe for guests
Assisting with daily operations across bar, restaurant, and events
Training, mentoring, and motivating the team to deliver top-notch hospitality
Helping deliver live entertainment, sport, and large-scale weekend sessions
Supporting the Venue Manager with rostering, stock, compliance, and reporting
What makes you a great fit:
At least 2 years experience in managing in a busy bar, pub, or restaurant
A hands-on leader who thrives when the venue is full and buzzing
Strong communication skills and the ability to motivate a team
Energy, positivity, and a love for hospitality culture
