Are you a creative and commercially minded Content Manager who enjoys having ownership of the full content lifecycle?
This is an opportunity to join a
well‐established residential builder
and play a key role in shaping how the brand communicates with customers across social media, email, CRM, website, digital advertising and print.
Reporting to the Head of Marketing, you'll be responsible for developing and delivering engaging content that strengthens brand awareness, supports lead generation and improves the customer experience.
About the Role
This is a hands‐on content role where you'll have the opportunity to combine
content strategy, copywriting, creative production, social media, CRM and analytics
.
You'll be responsible for planning and delivering an integrated content calendar, creating engaging content across multiple channels and using performance data to continually improve what you produce.
Key responsibilities include:
Develop and manage an integrated content calendar aligned with marketing and business priorities
Create, publish and optimise content across social media, email, website, CRM, advertising and print
Develop customer‐focused content that drives brand awareness, engagement and lead generation
Create editorial, promotional and corporate content including project case studies, award submissions and media materials
Manage social media content, scheduling and optimisation
Build and deploy email communications, nurture campaigns and customer updates through CRM and marketing automation platforms
Support website content updates and maintain consistent digital content
Create marketing assets across digital, print and point‐of‐sale channels
Use your copywriting and graphic design skills to bring campaigns and content to life
Coordinate photography,
videography and other content production projects from briefing through to delivery
Manage external creative suppliers including photographers, videographers and designers
Maintain the digital asset library and ensure content is organised and accessible
Monitor content performance and use engagement, website traffic, lead generation and conversion data to identify opportunities
Continually improve content workflows, processes and campaign effectiveness
About You
My client is looking for a
creative, hands‐on Content Manager
who can combine excellent content with a strong understanding of the customer journey and commercial outcomes.
You'll ideally have:
Proven experience creating, publishing and optimising content across multiple owned channels
Strong CRM and email marketing/automation experience
Experience working with
Salesforce, Pardot or a comparable CRM platform
Strong graphic design capability, including hands‐on experience with
Adobe InDesign
Experience managing integrated campaigns across paid, owned and earned channels
Excellent copywriting and communication skills
Strong attention to detail and an understanding of brand consistency
A data‐driven mindset, with the ability to use performance insights to improve content
The ability to manage multiple projects, deadlines and external suppliers
A genuine interest in digital marketing, social media and emerging content trends
A degree in
Communications, Business or Commerce with a Marketing major
is desirable.
