About the role
n
We are looking for a high-performing, results-driven Sales Consultant to join our growing Granny Flat business. This is a high-conversion sales role focused on turning qualified inbound enquiries into consultations, proposals and signed contracts. You will manage the full sales journey — from initial enquiry and qualification through to consultation, proposal, negotiation and contract signing. We are looking for someone who is commercially driven, organised, confident handling objections and hungry to close deals.

Key responsibilities

Respond to and qualify inbound enquiries
n
Understand customer needs, budget, property and timeframe
n
Conduct sales consultations and present suitable Granny Flat solutions
n
Prepare and present proposals, pricing and upgrade options
n
Follow up leads and proposals consistently
n
Handle objections and negotiate confidently
n




Create urgency and confidently ask for the sale
n
Manage the sales pipeline from enquiry through to signed contract
n
Maintain accurate CRM records and follow-up activities
n
Work closely with our builders, designers, estimating and project teams
n

About you
n
n
Proven success in a high-conversion sales environment
n
Robust closing, negotiation and objection-handling skills
n
Experience in Granny Flats, residential construction, modular housing, real estate or property sales is highly desirable
n
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
n
Strong follow-up and pipeline management discipline
n
Confidence dealing with Australian homeowners
n
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
n
Valid Australian Full Driver's Licence and willingness to attend client meetings or site visits when required
