Service Advisor
to join our busy and friendly team.
About the Role
This is an exciting opportunity for someone with a
strong mechanical background
who is ready to take the next step in their career.
The role would be particularly suited to a
qualified mechanic looking to move off the tools
while continuing to use their mechanical knowledge and experience in a customer-focused position.
As a Service Advisor, you will be the link between our customers and workshop technicians. You will be responsible for understanding customer concerns, discussing repairs and servicing, preparing quotes, ordering parts and keeping customers informed throughout the repair process.
What We Are Looking For
Strong mechanical knowledge and understanding of vehicle systems and repairs.
Excellent knowledge of automotive parts and their application.
Previous experience as a qualified mechanic, technician or in an automotive service role.
A genuine interest in German vehicles and automotive technology.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.




Confidence explaining mechanical issues and repairs to customers.
Good computer skills and the ability to learn workshop management systems.
Solid organisational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to manage multiple jobs and priorities in a busy workshop.
The ability to remain calm and professional under pressure.
A positive attitude and willingness to be part of a team.
