Job Description
RAC WA in Rockingham is seeking a Service Advisor to oversee the member experience during the vehicle service process. You will coordinate with technicians, greet members, confirm vehicle details, and provide repair estimates while suggesting additional work where appropriate.

You will keep members updated on status, handle concerns professionally, and prepare repair orders. The role supports site and mobile service admin tasks and contributes to sales targets and profitability.
