The Opportunity

An exciting opportunity has become available for an established Residential Business Development Manager to join a fun, high-performing and genuinely supportive team.
n
This is an opportunity for a proven BDM who knows how to prospect, build relationships and convert opportunities into new managements. You'll be responsible for growing the residential rent roll while working closely with the wider Property Management and Sales teams.

You will be supported by

Mentoring and guidance from the Head of Department
n
Full support from the Property Management team
n
Collaboration with the Sales team
n
Established systems including Reapit (Console/IRE), REX and RITA
n
n

The Role
n

Prospect for new residential management opportunities
n
Generate, nurture and close leadsConduct market appraisals
n
Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients
n
Manage the onboarding of new managements
n
Maintain an active BDM database
n
Develop and execute business development and marketing strategies
n
Work closely with Property Management and Sales teams to maximise opportunities
n
n
About You
n
n
Established Residential BDM experience is strongly preferred
n
Residential Property Management or Sales experience will also be considered
n
Proven track record of winning new business
n
Strong communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills
n
Highly self-motivated and goal-oriented
n
Client-focused with excellent problem-solving skills
n
n
