A new women's retail store in Northbridge is looking for an experienced Store Manager to take ownership of the store and make it their own.

This is an exciting opportunity for a commercially focused retail leader who enjoys building teams, driving sales and creating a robust store culture from the ground up. The perfect candidate is someone who can keep up with a fast-paced environment while maintaining strong operational, customer service and presentation standards.

You will pay a key role in establishing the store, developing the team and driving its success within the local area.

What You'll Be Responsible For

Take full ownership of the stores day-to-day operations and performance
n
Lead, coach and develop the team to maximise performance
n
Motivate the team to deliver exceptional customer service and achieve commercial results
n
Proactively identify opportunities to increase sales and customer engagement
n
Maintain strong visual merchandising standards in line with brand expectations
n
Oversee administration, stock management and general store operations
n
Analyse store performance and use KPI results to identify opportunities for improvement
n
Lead by example on the shop floor and remain hands-on during busy trading periods
n
Build a positive, accountable and high-performing team culture
n

About You
n
We're looking forward someone who has:

Previous Store Management or retail leadership experience
n
A strong track record of achieving sales targets and KPIs
n
Excellent staff coaching and development skills
n
Confidence managing team performance and having difficult conversations when required
n
Strong commercial awareness and a proactive approach to driving sales
n
Excellent organisational and time-management skills
n
The ability to work calmly and effectively in a fast-paced, high-volume store
n
Strong visual merchandising skills and an eye for detail
n
The initiative and drive to build something from the ground up
n
A genuine desire to take ownership and make the store their own
n

This is a rare role, working a Monday-Friday roster with no late night trade or public holidays worked.
