In this role you will be responsible for the day-to-dayoversight of village operations including the restaurant andconcierge team, ensuring a welcoming, vibrant and well-presentedcommunity environment. The role is proactive in
identifying,managing
and monitoring resident concerns and operational issuesthrough to resolution with the relevant Warrigal teams. The rolewill provide outstanding customer service that meets and exceedsthe social, lifestyle and wellbeing needs of the Links Seaside byWarrigal community.

The requirements | What you'll need to do thiswork

Qualifications in Retirement Village Management,
FrontlineManagement
or Hospitality Management or equivalent
n
Strong and confident communication skills with
demonstratedexperience
in leading a team
n
Strong business acumen with ability to understand andinterpret budgets
n
Demonstrated ability to plan and deliver resident focusedservice and lifestyle options, activities and
events,contributing
to a vibrant and active community
n
Current First Aid certificate and current NSW DriversLicence
n
