Field Service Technician – Brisbane / Gold Coast (Full-Time or Part-Time)

We're looking for a reliable and customer-focused Field Service Technician to support our Brisbane and Gold Coast operations in a permanent role. Full-time and part-time options are available.

About the role
n
You'll be out on the road servicing customer sites, installing and maintaining fragrance systems, and representing Scent Australia with professionalism and care. This is a hands‐on role suited to someone who enjoys variety, autonomy, and working directly with clients.

Hours
n
We're flexible on hours and open to the right person on either basis:
n
Full-time: 38 hours per week, Monday to Friday
n
Part-time: from 15 hours per week across 2–3 days, including school‐hours arrangements
n

Key responsibilities
n
Install, service, and maintain fragrance diffusion units at customer sites
n




Deliver outstanding customer service and represent the brand professionally
n
Use basic tools (e.g. drills, screws, wall plugs) for installations
n
Travel between service locations across Brisbane and the Gold Coast
n
Complete all work safely and efficiently in line with company procedures
n
About you
n
Friendly, professional, and confident dealing with customers
n
Comfortable working on the road and managing your own schedule
n
Practical and hands‐on — able to use basic tools and ladders
n
Physically fit for regular lifting, ladder use, and vehicle access
n
Previous field service or customer-facing experience (preferred but not essential)
n
Full Australian Driver's Licence (mandatory)
n
National Police Check (mandatory)
