Site Supervisor/Foreman - Tiling High-rise Apartment
We are seeking a
Site Supervisor / Foreman
to join a growing tiling subcontractor specialising in Class 2 high-rise residential/commercial projects across Sydney.
Key responsibilities
Supervise and coordinate tiling and waterproofing works across Class 2 residential and large-scale commercial projects.
Coordinate subcontractors and trades from waterproofing through to tiling, inspections, defects and completion.
Liaise with builders, site teams and subcontractors to resolve issues and keep works on schedule.
Maintain site documentation, inspections, quality requirements and WHS standards.
About you
Minimum 2 years' experience as a Leading Hand/Site Foreman with a tiling/waterproofing subcontractor on Class 2 apartment projects of 100+ units.




Good understanding of the construction process from waterproofing through to tiling, inspections and defects.
Confident coordinating trades and maintaining high-quality standards on site.
Strong communication, organisation and coordination skills, with a positive attitude and willingness to learn.
