As our Brisbane studio continues to grow, we're looking for talented Architects, Project Architects and Project Leaders to join the team and contribute to a strong pipeline of significant residential projects across Queensland and nationally.

Our residential work spans multi-residential, build-to-rent, social and affordable housing, mixed-use, townhouses and high-end residential, with a strong focus on architecture, liveability and enduring design outcomes.

The Role
n
This is an opportunity for an experienced architectural professional who enjoys both design and delivery and wants genuine ownership of their projects.
n
Working closely with our Brisbane Studio Leader, Directors and senior team, you'll be involved across projects from concept and planning through design development, documentation and construction.
n
Depending on your experience, you'll have the opportunity to:

Shape and develop architectural design outcomes
n
Lead projects and multidisciplinary consultant teams
n
Work directly with clients and key stakeholders
n
Produce and oversee high-quality Revit documentation
n
Resolve complex design, planning and technical challenges
n
Maintain design intent through documentation and construction
n
Contribute to the continued growth and design culture of our Brisbane studio
n

About You
n
We're looking for someone who combines strong design sensibility with practical project delivery experience.
n




You may already be working as an Architect, Project Architect, Project Leader or experienced Architectural Designer and looking for greater responsibility, stronger projects and the opportunity to play a meaningful role within a growing studio.
n
Ideally, you'll bring:
n
n
6+ years' professional architectural experience in Australia
n
Strong Revit capability
n
Demonstrated experience in residential or multi-residential architecture
n
Strong front-end design and design development capability
n
Experience across documentation and construction stages
n
Good knowledge of the NCC, Australian Standards and relevant planning requirements
n
Strong consultant coordination and project management skills
n
Confidence communicating with clients and project stakeholders
n
The ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative studio environment
n
n
Experience across multi-residential, build-to-rent, mixed‐use, social and affordable housing or high‐end residential will be highly regarded.
n
Architect registration is welcomed but not essential.
n
Applicants must currently reside in Australia and have unrestricted Australian working rights.
