About the role
n
We are seeking a Financial Planning Analyst to join our team on a permanent, full time basis. In this role, you will support Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A;) activities across Tennis Australia, working closely with the wider Finance team and stakeholders across the business.
n
You will play a key role in delivering financial insights that support strategic and operational decision-making. By providing meaningful analysis, reporting and forecasting, you will help drive organisational performance while identifying opportunities to improve processes and enhance business outcomes.

In this role you will
n
n
Lead monthly financial reporting, forecasting and performance analysis, delivering insights and commentary to support business decision-making and organisational performance.
n
Support the preparation, consolidation and review of Tennis Australia's annual budget and forecasting processes.
n
Partner with stakeholders and Finance Business Partners across key business areas to deliver financial analysis, reporting and commercial support.
n
Monitor financial performance, identify risks and opportunities, and provide recommendations to enhance organisational outcomes.
n
Drive continuous improvement across FP&A; processes, reporting and systems, while supporting external reporting requirements, audits and ad hoc analysis.

About you
n
To be successful in this role you wil l have :
n
n
Proven experience within a complex organisation, professional services environment, or similar.
n
Strong financial analysis, modelling and advanced Excel skills, with experience working across financial systems and reporting platforms.
n
Demonstrated ability to identify , implement and drive continuous improvement initiatives .
n
Appropriate qualifications including a bachelor's degree, with CA or CPA accreditation (or currently working towards completion) .
n
Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills, with the ability to build effective working relationships across all levels of an organisation .
n
Hold (or be willing to obtain) a current Police Check and Working with Children Check .
n
Preparedness to be flexible in regard to working hours and arrangements relating to work associated with Tennis Australia .
