This role would suit someone with previous experience processing customer orders from receipt through to delivery, particularly within food manufacturing, manufacturing, wholesale or distribution environments

What matters most is that the person can demonstrate strong attention to detail, is highly organised, can confidently perform simple calculations, and has the ability to think through problems logically and arrive at practical solutions.

Who we are looking for
n
This is a full‐time, office‐based position. Due to internal deadlines, there are set hours of Monday to Friday, 7:00am–4:00pm
n




Excellent attention to detail and a high level of data‐entry accuracy
n
Highly organised and be able to prioritise multiple orders and meet delivery deadlines
n
Proficient in using Microsoft Outlook, Excel and Word
n
Experience in
accounting/business
software such as Attache/ Xero/ QB/ MYOB etc.
n
Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
n
Be able to communicate professionally with internal and external parties
n
Positive, proactive attitude with a genuine passion for hands‐on work
n
Reasonable physical fitness (walking between warehouses, up and down stairs etc.)
n
Reliable team player who can think on their feet
n
Curious about what a typical day looks like?
n
Liaising with customers regarding orders, availability, delivery requirements and changes
n
Coordinating stock availability and lead times with the Production team
n
Maintaining dispatch records and customer databases
n
Working with Accounts, Operations and Sales Reps to resolve customer queries
n
Preparing paperwork for transport bookings and planning daily delivery schedules for our internal drivers
n
