As an In-Home Care Support Worker, you'll provide a variety of essential services including:

Personal care
n
Manual handling and mobility support
n
Domestic assistance
n
Social support and companionship

General Responsibilities:

Ensure that quality service is being delivered to people being supported.
n
Support the person in the individual planning process to identify goals and objectives that meet their individual needs and choices.
n
Ensure that the rights, interests and needs of the person are addressed effectively.
n
Ensure that the person is respected and service/support provided is culturally sensitive
n
Ensure that all ADS Care Policies and Procedures are complied with.
n
Ensure that Worker Health and Safety Policies and Procedures are adhered to.
