We're currently recruiting for an experienced SiteManager to join a well-established construction business with a strongpipeline of commercial D&C; projects across Western Sydney.

This is a genuine opportunity for a Site Manager who knowshow to run a site, lead subcontractors and trades, and deliver projects fromground-up construction through to handover.

Projects typically range from $5M to $20M, withexperience in the education sector highly regarded.

About the role
n
As Site Manager, you'll be responsible for the successfulday-to-day delivery of your project, working closely with the Project Managerand wider construction team.
n
You'll be responsible for:
n
n
Managingall site operations from mobilisation through to completion
n
Coordinatingsubcontractors,
trades and suppliers
n
Drivingthe construction program and project milestones
n
Managingsite logistics and sequencing
n
Maintaininghigh standards of safety and quality
n
ManagingQA, inspections and defects
n




Runningtoolbox talks and site meetings
n
Liaisingwith consultants, clients and project stakeholders
n
Identifyingand resolving issues before they impact the program
n
Ensuringthe project is delivered safely, on time and to specification
n
n
What we're looking for
n
We're looking for someone who is experienced, organisedand commercially minded, with the confidence to take control of a busyconstruction site.
n
You'll ideally bring:
n
n
Provenexperience as a Site Manager within commercial construction
n
Experiencedelivering
projects valued between $5M and $20M
n
Strongsubcontractor
and trade management capabilities
n
Excellentknowledge of construction sequencing and site operations
n
Theability to read and interpret plans and specifications
n
Strongcommunication
and leadership skills
n
Aproactive approach to problem-solving
n
Astrong commitment to WHS, quality and project outcomes
n
Educationsector experience is highly desirable
n
