I am partnering with a National firm, seeking an experienced Family Law Solicitor to join their growing team.

About the Role

This is an excellent opportunity for a solicitor with a passion for family law to manage their own caseload across property settlements, parenting matters, divorce, and financial agreements, while working alongside a supportive and experienced team. You'll have the chance to build genuine, long-term client relationships and play a key role in the continued growth of the practice.

Key Responsibilities
n
n
Manage a caseload of family law matters from initial consultation through to resolution, including negotiation, mediation, and litigation where required
n
Draft and review consent orders, financial agreements, and court documents
n
Represent clients at court appearances, mediations, and conferences
n
Provide clear, empathetic advice to clients navigating difficult personal circumstances
n
Liaise with barristers, mediators,



and other professionals as required
n
Contribute to business development and the ongoing improvement of the practice
n
n
About You
n
n
Admitted solicitor in NSW, with 2+ years' PQE in family law
n
Strong knowledge of the Family Law Act and related legislation
n
Confident running your own matters with minimal supervision
n
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport with clients during sensitive times
n
A collaborative team player who's also happy to bring fresh ideas to the table
n
