The Position, but not limited to:
n
n




Assist with managing a very well maintained, mixed-use portfolio of residential & commercial complexes
n
Liaising with owners/tenants
n
Assisting with arranging quotations, repairs, and maintenance for works required
n
Prepare budgets for presentations to AGMs
n
Conducting general and committee meetings as required
n
Issuing meeting notices and preparing minutes
n
n
The Criteria:
n
n
Previous experience in Strata
n
Class 2 Licence holder
n
Valid drivers' license
n
Must have excellent interpersonal skills
n
Ability to build new and maintain existing relationships
n
Have excellent time management skills
n
n
