Bluestone recruitment are currently proud to be partnering with a number of builders who are looking to hire Site Managers for upcoming Class two residential projects these builders are all very busy and have a proven reputation over a number of years.

The salaries on offer for these roles vary from $220,000K to $260,000 including super depending experience. The initial projects they have requirements are as follows

12 Boutique Apartments | Rose Bay| $25M

50 Apartments | Crows Nest | $40M

3 Boutique apartments | Hunters Hill | $15M

Key Responsibilities
n
n
Oversee and manage all on-site activities, including trades, subcontractors and suppliers.
n
Coordinate with consultants, including architects, engineers and authorities, to resolve design and site issues.
n
Program and sequence works to maintain an efficient workflow and protect project milestones.
n
Manage site logistics, access, deliveries, materials and plant in constrained environments.
n
Proactively identify and resolve site issues to maintain safety, quality and program.
n
Maintain accurate daily site records, reporting and site diaries.
n
Ensure works are delivered to a high standard, in line with drawings, specifications and Australian Standards.
n




Enforce WHS compliance and promote a solid safety culture on site.
n

About You
n
n
Proven experience as a Site Manager on commercial, residential or refurbishment projects (CBD, heritage or Class 2 experience highly regarded).
n
Strong understanding of construction sequencing, temporary works and site logistics on constrained or live sites.
n
High attention to detail, particularly across structure, services integration and finishes.
n
Organised, proactive and solutions-focused, with the ability to stay ahead of program.
n
Confident communicator who can manage subcontractors, consultants and client-side stakeholders.
n

Qualifications & Requirements
n
n
White Card
n
Trade background (Carpentry preferred) and/or Cert IV / Diploma in Construction Management.
n
Previous experience with Tier 2 or Tier 3 builders viewed favourably.
n
Valid Australian working rights.
n
n
