Accounts Officer

Pulse Electrical has been providing outstanding electrical and air conditioning services across South East Queensland for over 25 years. As our business continues to grow, we are looking for an Accounts Officer to join our team based in our Brisbane office.
n
This is a great opportunity for someone with experience in debtor invoicing, creditor processing, payroll support and general accounts administration who enjoys working in a fast-paced team environment.
n
As part of our Accounts team, you will play an important behind-the-scenes role supporting our operations and ensuring our field teams have the information and systems they need to deliver great service to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
n
n
Debtor invoicing
n
Entering creditor and supplier invoices
n
Time sheets and vehicle accounts
n
Assisting with general accounts administration
n
Supporting payroll and financial processes where required
n
n




About You
n
To be successful in this role, you will bring:
n
n
1–2 years experience in accounting or finance administration
n
Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills
n
The ability to multitask and work proactively to solve problems
n
A positive attitude and the ability to work well within a team
n
Strong Microsoft Office skills
n
n
The following experience will be highly regarded:

MYOB experience
n
SimPRO experience
n
Experience working in the trade services industry
n
