Multi Dynamic Ingleburn is looking for an experienced Property Manager to join our team.
n
We're after someone who knows property management, is confident in what they do and can hit the ground running.
n
You'll be working alongside a maintenance officer and leasing officer managing a shared portfolio. You'll have plenty of support around you!

Key responsibilities
n
n
Oversee the day to day operations of the entire portfolio
n
Develop and maintain strong relationships with landlords, tenants, tradespeople
n
Manage rent reviews, lease renewals, increase and terminations
n
Prepare claims, finalize bonds and represent clients at NCAT hearings
n
Stay up to date with property legislation and ensure full compliance across portfolio
n
Proactively handle rental arrears, ensuring timely follow-ups and resolutions
n
Handle email and phone enquiries
n

About you
n
n
Minimum 3 years' experience managing residential portfolios at a senior level
n
Hold a current NSW Real Estate Licence (MUST BE VALID)
n
Possess a reliable vehicle and valid driver's licence
n




Well-presented with exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
n
Highly organised with strong attention to detail and problem-solving ability
n
Proficient with property management software (PropertyTree, Inspection Express)
n
Experience in the Real Estate Industry is essential
n
Monday to Friday role – no weekend work required
n
