About the Role (3-month Contract)
n
Reporting to the Head of Strategy & Transformation, the Transformation Manager will play a key role in driving a portfolio of priority business initiatives across Kapitol.
n
Working closely with senior leaders and initiative owners, you'll bring structure, pace and accountability to transformation activity across areas including Technology, Safety and our broader Business Operating Model, Reporting & Governance.
n
This is not a pure strategy role. We're looking for someone who can quickly understand the business problem, establish the right approach and work alongside functional leaders to drive initiatives through to execution.

Key responsibilities:

Lead and coordinate multiple strategic transformation initiatives across the business
n
Partner with functional leaders to translate strategic priorities into clear delivery plans, milestones and outcomes
n
Establish appropriate governance, reporting and accountability across transformation workstreams
n
Monitor progress, risks, dependencies and key decisions, proactively addressing roadblocks
n




Provide clear and concise updates to senior leadership on initiative performance and priorities
n
Challenge existing ways of working and identify opportunities to improve business processes, operating models and performance
n
Bring structure to ambiguous or evolving business problems and support teams through implementation
n
Support the development of practical, scalable solutions that can be embedded across the business
n

About You
n
n
Strong experience in strategy, transformation, strategic initiatives or business improvement
n
Ideally 5+ years' experience, with previous management consulting experience highly regarded
n
Demonstrated ability to lead multiple transformation initiatives from strategy through to execution
n
Strong experience developing governance, operating models, performance reporting or business improvement frameworks
n
Commercially minded with strong analytical and problem‐solving capability
n
Confident working directly with senior leaders and challenging thinking where required
n
Comfortable operating in a fast‐paced, high‐growth environment with evolving priorities
n




Able to bring clarity and structure to ambiguous problems without overcomplicating the solution
n
Highly cooperative, pragmatic and hands‐on in your approach
n
n
Experience within FMCG, logistics, construction, infrastructure, private equity-backed or other fast‐moving operational environments will be highly regarded.
