Due to continued growth, we are seeking a Landscape Maintenance Assistant to join our team. This is a casual role with 30+ hours per week, offering secure, ongoing work across residential and commercial sites.
n
This role involves mowing, gardening, and landscape works. No two days are the same. You will work within a small team where your commitment and contribution will be recognised, with the opportunity to grow into a team leader role.

The Role

Monday to Friday
n
Meet on site approx 6:30am
n
Same location each day
n
Travel in company vehicle
n
n
Duties
n
n
Mowing, hedge trimming & brush cutting
n
Garden maintenance, pruning & plant care
n
Mulching,
planting & turfing
n
Fencing, retaining walls, paving & small concreting
n
Garden bed installs, drainage & weed matting
n
n
Requirements
n
n
Reliable with a strong work ethic
n
Good attention to detail
n
Physically fit
n
Able to work in a team and independently
n
Experience with power tools & equipment
n
Commitment to maintaining a safe work environment
n
QLD Construction White Card
n
Own transport to base
n
n
Highly regarded: Plant & weed identification/ ACDC License, landscape construction experience.
n
